VoiceStory (“we” / “the app”) respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
On-device data (stored only on your device)
- Playback data: progress, recently played, completion status, and similar
- Favorites and preferences: favorites list, continuous-play setting, playback speed, and similar
- Subscription status: whether you are a subscriber (handled and provided by Apple)
This data is used mainly to provide the listening experience and is generally stored only on your device.
Data we do not collect
- Your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information (unless you contact us by email on your own initiative)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
2. Third-party services
Apple (App Store and subscriptions)
- Purchases and subscription management are handled by Apple
- We do not obtain or store your payment information
- Apple may process related information under its own policies; please refer to Apple’s privacy policy
3. Children’s privacy
VoiceStory offers content suitable for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require you to create an account.
4. Your rights
- View and manage: you can review history and settings inside the app
- Deletion: uninstalling the app removes related data stored on the device

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the changes on this page.
